   Always so understanding and flexible When I tried to cancel because of work commitments it was processed straight away. I was able to attend in the end and Emily on reception was so helpful arranging for me to be seen even though I had said I wasn’t able to attend. Waiting room is clean and accessible and the only dentists that have eagerly accepted an NHS patient.

   I haven't had a dentist for around 5-6 years and have stacked up a lot of damage to my teeth in that time, due to this I became worried about attending appointments since I've had bad experiences with other dentists before. I am the most relaxed I've ever been when it comes to dentist appointments now, the staff are so understanding and get the job done. I've had about 6 fillings in the space of a month which is amazing since I can't chicken out, haha! It's also nice to have things explained as they're being done as it puts me at ease, thank you! My teeth are nicer than they've been in years and I'm incredibly happy! Thank you very much :)

   I registered as an NHS patient here after having not been to the dentist for around 15 years, the main reason for this being my fear. I was nervous to attend but after getting into the chair my nerves melted away. I didn't catch the names of my dentist/nurse/hygienist but they were all so nice and welcoming. I didn't feel judged at all and everyone explained everything so well. I was sure I was going to get reprimanded for neglecting my teeth for so long and this was another reason that I didn't want to go, but the team seemed to understand that's what's done is done and just dealt with what they had to without being patronising. I asked about the pricing and they told me they have treatment bands like the NHS, so I'm a bit confused about whether I'm paying private or not, but I was happy to pay what they asked which was £27.50 for the check-up, £75 for the hygienist appointment and £180 for a tooth coloured filling (I was offered amalgam for £27.50). I couldn't have asked for a better re-introduction to the dentist and I will definitely ensure I go to my check-ups now!

   Really highly recommend, my family and I just moved to the area and they have been so professional and helpful. The receptionists are polite and lovely, and all the dentist staff were fantastic with different checkups and procedures including a normal checkup, hygienist appointment and fillings. They were also so kind and patient with my children, one who was a bit nervous and they took the time to help him feel more at ease so they could continue the checkup. Best dentists we've been to.    I noticed that the suction tool during my recent visit wasn’t working properly. It seemed broken and made the experience uncomfortable. This raised concerns about equipment maintenance and overall attention to detail.

   Im currently walking home having had 3 teeth removed by Ali, he spoke to me throughout the procedure which kept me calm as i was scared going in.    We have been patients since 2020. The bedside manner of the dentist we see at the Eastleigh branch is appalling. No real examination of teeth and no explanations, a real let down compared to other dentists we have used. Consistent cancellations of appointments. However go private and they fit you straight in. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

   Best dentist I've been too in a while lovely staff and made me feel comfortable while I had my wisdom tooth removed and the dentist saved my front tooth which I thought would of have to been pulled too but I now have my smile back thank you so much

   Dr Onkar Sangoo and Nurse Priti are the best dentist team I have ever met. Both are highly experienced with their patient care and they know how they can calm down the patients. Nurse Priti turned the radio on for me during the my wisdom teeth removal and held my shoulder to make me feel I'm not alone there. Also how Dr Onkar is extremely good with his job.
