   Super disappointed with the quality of the nails I got - this is my second time coming to USA nails.. the first time i got a manicure and skin was pulled too hard and I was bleeding during most of the treatment, and two days after getting the nails done the gel lifted from my nails I went yesterday for a pedicure and once again one day after the pedicure the gel has lifted … not only that but the nails were not painted on well. I didn’t notice at the time because I was in a rush but the nails are clumpy, there are missing spots , some of the gel is on the skin and as someone else also mentioned in their review - the dry skin on the feet is still there. The staff there was great I will say that.. but on quality alone - I will not be returning

   Not the best. The man was a bit rude and rushed to be honest. Didn't ger asked once if I liked the shape, or color etc. I asked if he could do my white French tip line a bit thinner and he seemed annoyed that I did. I normally go to Queens nails but they were packed so decided to go here. I won't again. Not in love with my set from here but queens nails always gets it bang on. Disappointing for £38.

   I absolutely loved coming here. It was my first time and they were so kind and apologised for me waiting. The lady that did my nails was lovely, accommodating my every need and want for my nails. Will definitely be returning :)

   Usually love having my nails done here, I went in and was told it was an hour and a half wait and to come back, so I did. I then waited another 2 and a half hours before being seen. They made me wait in the middle of getting my nails done, messed 2 up, cut me on both my toes and hands which was painful enough until it was made worse by being careless, including leaving marks and dips in all my nails, put other people who had been in there less time than me as a priority. Then they were incredibly rude and made me pay the usual extortionate prices (in cash) for a half baked job that wasn’t worth even half the price I paid. Would leave less than 1 star if I could but Google doesn’t allow it.

   The place is very dirty for one..Never had such awful nails done I could do a better job my self. The man was way to drill happy and they feel like stick ons so thin! When I mentioned this his way of fixing it was to file even more now my hands look like I have toddler nail so small and u can see my natural nail either sides where he did not get the right tips to fit ..Oh and they only take cash still in 2023 wonder why that is aye. I wanted a pink so he suggested to use a pink powder acrylic but after all the filing and drilling the pink was so faded so I told him I wasn’t happy then he put a pink gel over to cover this at the end it cost me £38 as I had the pink powder that didn’t do it’s job anyway. A treat completely wasted.

   Used to love coming here for manicures. The lady who sits at the front is really nice and friendly and always did a great job. But they passed me off to someone who was rude and I had the most painful manicure ever. It felt like they were being painful just because they could - I don't know how manicures can get that painful without being deliberately hurtful! Lost a customer because of that member of staff.

   I have been to most of the nail bars in Basingstoke and this one is defo the best. Always happy to fix repair my acrylics. Mostly for free. Been coming here for 7 yrs and I’ve seen the quality and workmanship of the technician’s. Some of the designs have been really intricate and I’ve not seen anyone disappointed with the finished product. I’ve never had any attitude or rudeness and never seen it with other customers. I’ve never had to complain but would feel fine todo so if the occasion arose. I couldn’t recommend USA nails enough

   CASH ONLY. I’d recommend booking an appointment if this is where you choose to get your nails done. This proves to be a popular nail place among the Bazingazz. The staff don’t speak a great deal of english however it’s easy to get by as long as you don’t have many questions. I believe if you are a frequent customer you get some kind of discount. My nails lasted a long time. Usually one comes off within a week however this is the first time that they stayed on without the slightest nightmare of a nail coming off.
