After my regular checkup this morning, not with Aaron but with stand in Nick, I was pleased that I experienced what I consider to be a thorough checkup something that I had not experienced since my dentist was Melinda. Thank you Nick.
Not very flexible. Clinic moved my private intro appointment to an earlier time then originally planned less than aa week before and then kept my deposit when I couldn’t make it. Wouldn’t offer a reschedule.
Both Neil Elnough and my hygienist Claire Saunders are kind,welcoming and informative and always provide an amazing service. The ladies on the desk are always happy and helpful too.They say no one likes the dentist but I think they both break from tradition here. Thank you to all the team here.
I have been with this surgery for many years after a recommendation from a friend. I see Neil who is very friendly, caring and a brilliant dentist. I don't say that lightly as I have always been scared of dentists due to past experiences; however Neil immediately puts you at ease.
Been visiting this dental practice for several years and am part of their 'pay monthly' insurance scheme. All the staff are lovely and the place just feels professional from the way they manage the appointments process, thier smart uniformed appearence and, currently, the way they are managing measures to protect against Covid-19.
I've been with this dental surgery for around 55 years, starting with Mr. Kimmel when they were based in Hocombe Road, Mr. Dodd (for about 35 years!) and since his retirement, Melinda Politis. I was nervous to be changing dentists after so long, but Melinda is excellent: very thorough, calm, careful and personable. Her assistants are great too. I don't even live in Chandlers Ford anymore, but I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I've been visiting this Neil Elnaugh for years, and he and the rest of the team have always been friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.
Started going here when my previous NHS dentist closed down. Wish I had gone earlier to be honest . Does the work that is required, nothing extra, so not hit with exorbitant charges.
This is a very good dentists, I travel a fair way to keep going since I moved away. Pain is abolished and they are very friendly and accommodating.
