   I had such a wonderful experience here getting ready for the holidays! I came in for a pedicure with shellac and a full set of nails, and I couldn't be happier. Lee took such great care of me, and Haley (who has done my nails before and is always amazing!) was so helpful throughout the visit. They even surprised me with a lovely little moisturiser as a Christmas gift! Such a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend this spa for their talent and kindness!

   I visited this nail spa recently and had mixed feelings about my experience. While the quality of the work itself was good, the customer service from my nail technician really affected my overall visit. I understand that evenings can be tiring for the staff, but the nail tech who worked on me was consistently rude and unapproachable. The interaction felt very rigid, to the point where I didn’t feel comfortable speaking up when I noticed my thumbnail wasn’t shaped properly. It’s disappointing because one person’s attitude impacted the whole experience. Unfortunately, based on this interaction, I wouldn’t return.

   Hayley was amazing and fitted me in last minute to do the most beautiful set of ombré nails with extensions. She ensured my mum and my 8 week old baby stayed comfortable with the doors open and seated comfortably. Hayley guided me on a length still suitable for changing nappies and was super efficient with an amazing attention to detail. The experience was just *chefs kiss! I chose this salon based on the excellent reviews especially about the professionalism and cleanliness of the salon especially bringing a newborn along, and they did not disappoint. I was there until closing and their dedication to ensuring all areas were cleaner and sanitised was impeccable. Definitely recommend booking a slot as the salon is always full.

   I've given 3 stars because my nails are beautiful however the customer service was awful. The technician that did my nails was really rude. I think her name was Cindy? The little one. I didn't receive a warm welcome from her in fact she barely spoke to me. However during my manicure she proceeded to speak to the technician next to her in her own language. I found this to be extremely rude! I will go back but will definitely ask for Haley who I was initially recommended to. This customer service is really not acceptable!
