   I don’t usually write reviews but I’m doing this to help other people who are petrified of visiting the dentist .. the staff at Lowden dental spa went above and beyond in helping me to have a check up … from the reception staff to the practice manager … I can not praise them enough and as for Alice she really does know her stuff !!!! I was ready to just leave before my appointment as I was so nervous but the receptionist saw I was nervous and tried to distract me .. the practice manager went above and beyond making sure my every need was meet !! Well done to you all .. see you soon

   I had a skin consultation with Liz to discuss various skin concerns and possible treatments. Liz listened carefully and patiently to my full history and was thoughtful, honest and transparent about what options would and wouldn't work for me, taking the wider picture and my wellbeing into account. In the end, she recommended a treatment that is not available at the clinic, and refunded me the consultation fee. I don't think I've ever received such excellent, honest and generous customer service. Liz is the consummate professional and the person to see for an expert and honest assessment of your skincare needs.

   I have just got back from an emergency appointment at Lowen Dental Spa and could not rate it highly enough. I usually am not a lover of the dentist, but Dr Alice and her team made me feel so welcome and at ease. She thoroughly explained every step of the treatment and has done a brilliant job at repairing my problem. I am already looking into switching to this practice. The Dental Spa itself is beautifully decorated, has a relaxed atmosphere and all other members of the team helpful and welcoming. Would recommend to family and friends without a doubt.    Liz has been doing various treatments for me for a long time, last month she did filler on my jawline and cheekbones, and I’m thrilled with the results, I look fresher and younger but still very natural. Liz has a thorough knowledge of every treatment she performs and I really respect that she won’t perform any treatment that you don’t need, or won’t be effective. Liz is lovely and is always available for any questions after the treatment. I would highly recommend her due to her professionalism, and expertise, as well as the high quality products she uses. Lowen Dental Spa is beautiful and in a convenient location with easily accessible parking.

   I have my aesthetic treatments with Liz who is a Registered General Nurse and Independent Nurse Prescriber. Liz is highly experienced and I feel completely safe in her hands and know that she will always provide me with the best advice and outcome from my treatments. Her approach and ethics regarding treatments are second to none and she will not carry out treatment which she does not feel is essential or in the best interest of the patient, which is refreshing. This fills me with confidence with regards to the way she operates her business, not with just a financial goal in mind. I am always given a thorough explanation of which products will be used and what I can expect to happen throughout the treatment. I always leave feeling refreshed and completely satisfied with my treatments.

   I have had anti wrinkle treatment for years and I would not go anywhere else. She takes time to assess my face and from the start gave me realistic expectations. If a treatment will not benefit you then she will not perform it. Would highly recommend visiting Liz if you have any questions about medical aesthetic treatments.
