   It's ok some staff bit rude they bit strict when you need to go out as they make you stand outside for 15 minutes and leave 15 minutes early rain snow and thunder you usto be able to sit inside and have tea or lunch but not now sad times changed but dont expect to go over level two its just basic entry level to level 2

   So good to deal with real human beings, to book sessions, learn and be supported - at one's own pace; never made to feel stupid, patience and encouragement shown that is unique. Teens to 80+ year olds attend and are treated with same respect. This is a special resource for Bedford.

   Knowledgeable and helpful staff, great opportunity to achieve IT qualifications without having to pay. Self-paced, with a workbook, so you can make it challenging for yourself by setting own goals and attending more often. So pleased a friend recommended it to me. And if you need a pick-me-up coffee, there are lots of choices around for a quick break. The only downside is that learners can get a bit noisy, forgetting that others need more peace and quiet to concentrate.

   A helpful and friendly place where the staff r more than happy to help. And I feel like I'm actually learning this computer stuff and I'm rubbish at it. Pleas3 leave a comments and I'll add a pic at a later date
