   Formal Complaint Regarding Discrimination and Misconduct by Staff I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a deeply upsetting incident that occurred during my recent visit to Paramount Bar. I have been a loyal customer for the past three years, but the experience I had last night was extremely disappointing and humiliating. During my visit, I politely asked a female bartender if I could take her photograph. She declined, and I fully respected her decision. However, shortly thereafter, another bartender approached the security guard and falsely reported that I was creating a nuisance, which was entirely untrue. The security guard then came to speak with me, and I calmly suggested that we step outside to discuss the matter. I cooperated fully and even allowed him to check my mobile phone to confirm that I had not taken any photos or engaged in any inappropriate behaviour. After verifying this, the security guard acknowledged that I had done nothing wrong. I then requested an apology for the false accusation. Instead of handling the matter professionally, the security guard reacted aggressively and physically pushed me. This behaviour was completely uncalled for, disrespectful, and left me feeling discriminated against and humiliated in public. As a long-time customer, I believe no individual should be treated in such a manner. I kindly request that management conduct a thorough investigation into this incident and take appropriate disciplinary action against the staff involved. I also expect an apology for the unjust treatment and the distress caused. I hope Paramount Bar will address this matter seriously and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
