   I was looking for a lighter and more fun/agile bike, and popped in just for a look a couple weeks ago. Lewis was excellent and I found the KTM Adventure 390 was the perfect fit for me. I didn't plan the visit at all but Lewis sorted out a test ride straight away and really went above and beyond throughout the whole process. Never thought I'd be buying a brand new bike this quickly but the customer service was excellent, price great and with so much choice I was certain this was the bike for me.

   By far the best bike buying experience I've had to date. Super knowledgeable staff and made to feel welcome as soon as I set foot in the showroom. Daniel had everything ready to go before my arrival and I was back out on the road in no time on my new machine. That's not to say I felt rushed, just very efficient with no faff! Everything clearly explained and organised. Had a look around the massive showroom and the huge range of accessories and clothing before leaving and felt like a kid in a sweet shop. You need it? They probably have it - or I'm certain they could get it. 10/10 buying experience. Looking forward to my first service so I can have another look around the place.

   Female salesperson (Louise ) assisted our daughter in purchasing a bike jacket and gloves. She understood the brands , features and really listened to her needs. Plus it was nice to have somebody who was relatable as motorcycle shops can sometimes be a bit male dominated and it’s important to make all clients feel represented. It’s worth mentioning that the male staff in this place have always given excellent service in the past xx

   I initially was dealing with another dealer for a new 765RS, I thought I was getting a decent deal.. until I found the same bike at Shirlaws. They gave me an even better deal and included collection of my bike and delivered the 765RS. From start to finish it was a fairly easy process, the staff at Shirlaws were very helpful and polite. Craig dealt with my constant questions well and it was greatly appreciated. The only issue I had was dealing with the online application for finance, but this was quickly and easily resolved by Dawn which was very impressive! I would not hesitate to buy another bike from Craig and the team at Shirlaws.

   We bought a Triumph Trident at the end of June, and I have to say we were delighted with the service we received. From our first interaction with Liam, in sales, who was fantastic and not at all pushy. And then the helpful man who delivered our bike, and helped to put it somewhere secure. Then finally, the service team who did our first service and fit all our accessories. We can’t thank everyone enough for the help and service we received and would highly recommend them.
