   I’ve been seeing Dr Anil Chand and Clare at Borrowash Dental Care for the past 3.5 years and honestly couldn’t recommend them more. I originally went in with a couple of problems and they made me feel completely comfortable from the start. Every decision was explained clearly, with helpful tips for better cleaning and long-term care. Since then my check-ups have always been thorough, reassuring and never rushed. The whole team is professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on what’s best for you. I’ll definitely be continuing my care here – fantastic dentist and an excellent practice overall!

   I had a check up with Dr Qasim and he was very thorough. He gave me really useful oral hygiene tips and explained the importance of taking care of my teeth - he took his time to be attentive to the issue I presented him with and did not rush; would recommend to anyone who wants a kind and helpful dentist leading to a successful outcome

   Same thing happened to myself as did Bethany, i.e. my upcoming appointment in 2 weeks cancelled and my NHS patient service cancelled altogether! They then have the audacity to overly sympathise and offer help finding a new dentist, neither of which I require. Yes my dentist retired months ago yet he's not been replaced. Good luck to all future patients looking for local dental care if the new housing in Borrowash and Draycott get the go ahead. What a shambles.

   Have been a patient at this dentist and had a general check up on the 30th of September. 14 days before my appointment date I had an email to say I was no longer a patient at this dentist because they didn't have room for me. Rang up to speak to them about this issue and found the lady on the phone very rude and unprofessional as she kept talking over me and not letting me talk. Just to be clear I have never cancelled an appointment and have been to every appointment made. Rang 111 for advice and was told a dentist practice should NOT be doing this and if they are to remove me because they have to many patients (why take on patients in the first place if you can't fit them in?) they should give me at least 3 months notice not 2 weeks before my appointment. Also as I am less than 1 year postpartum I am entitled to free dental care so it now seems strange you are removing me from your practice which the lady I spoke with at 111 agreed with me on. Thought it was a good dentist to begin with now I fully understand the negative reviews and am now left with out a dentist.
