    Absolutely incompetent.. I've used Benchmarx via Ludlow for years now, the service has been top notch at design stage without fail. Sadly Ludlow use Shrewsbury to distribute their kitchens. Never have I come across such a useless setup that are guaranteed to fail at delivery stage. I've just had a small delivery sent to mine, a small add on to my own kitchen. As a professional installer, it should be easy. Nope, Shrewsbury strike again. I've had 5 items delivered and they couldn't even get that right. A 500mm base unit and a 300mm base until, nope, I get a 400mm base unit. I've installed 5, possibly 6 Benchmarx Kitchens and Shrewsbury are currently 6 for 6 when it comes to packing mistakes.
