    Awful customer service . Firstly booked for eyelash appointment and emailed to ask if needed test first , no reply . When turned up told could not do as did not have test , manager called over and her attitude was awful . My daughter went in another time with gift voucher and was told she had already spent most of gift card but she had not used it and could prove it . Again very poor customer service . Made to feel very uncomfortable and not listened to and manager attitude very poor , will never go there again .

    I came in here to have my hair cut and dyed. I provided an inspiration photo which I was told they couldn’t do exactly but could get close to. I ended up with hair far worse than my hair looked before the appointment. The blend is terrible and there are multiple bleach bleeds. When the colour was first revealed the stylist was happy with it, which I cannot understand because everyone else who has seen my new hair has either asked “what’s happened” or just started laughing at how bad it is. I let her know how much I hated it and initially I was asked to pay £200 for this, and asked to come back after closing for fixing. At this stage the cut hadn’t been finished either. I don’t think it was right to be asked to pay, when at that stage my hair had been ruined, but I felt I had no choice but to pay, as I’m not very good at speaking up for myself in these kinds of situations. I returned with my family for the repair appointment as they were not happy at all with what had been done to my hair and knew that I wouldn't stand up for myself. They didn’t think the stylist could be trusted to repair the situation given that there wasn’t sufficient ownership, apology and compensation for how bad it looks. So after complaining, the stylist spoke to the manager over the phone who authorised a full refund. At this point I was offered the repair for free, which I do have appreciation for, but we made the decision to have it fixed elsewhere. I’m told by a hair dressing friend that it could cost more to repair than getting what I originally wanted from where my hair was prior to the appointment. Also appointments aren’t easy to come by with the salons often being booked a month in advance, so I guess in the meantime I’m going to have to become a hat person.

    I visited here for the first time yesterday and had an amazing experience! Both the pizza and burgers were super delicious and high quality. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were perfectly balanced — exactly what I was hoping for. The restaurant was clean and cozy. I’ll definitely come back again and highly recommend it to others. I especially recommend it to all Italian pizza lovers!

    I recently had my first experience at Bellessa lounge and I have been left extremely impressed. I came for a fullbody Swedish massage with Stacey, after having spinal surgery 6months ago I was slightly worried & I shared this. However, Stacey completely put my mind at ease, because I really had nothing to worry about. I had the best message I've ever experienced, Stacey must have magic hands because my back hasn't felt this good in a long time. Stacey was so kind & welcoming, the salon is stunning & I'm now considering my next treatment. Thank you Bellessa :)

    Well I started using this salon about 10 months ago and whilst the premises and staff are lovely it frustrates me to say they often provide conflicting advice on hair, seems to be a high turnover of staff personally have experienced colour issues, product issue, wonky hair cut issues didn't realise how bad until I got an opinion elsewhere and it was explained to me in detail how my layers are cut wonky the products I was advised to use are not suitable for thick wavy hair and have dried it out to much, have given the salon and team numerous attempts to correct and resolve things and the final straw being when you raise your concerns with the owner being told she suggests I find an alterative salon, despite spending an absolute fortune on hair services and products, very upsetting when all my friends, family and work colleagues highlight they have never known in so many years my hair to look so bad since using this salon, I know i am not the only customer to have such concerns but others are afraid o raise their concerns based on how I have been treated, I am no expert in hair products and colouring and hence gaining further advice from othersalons. I feel I have been poorly treated and feel others should have this information available to take their own informed decision.

    Amie booked me in for a hair wash, hair cut and olaplex treatment along with a blow dry afterwards. I can honestly say from the moment I stepped in the salon everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Such a clean salon nicely presented! Amie did my treatments and she was so professional and made great conversation! Her skills at hair cutting and styling are fantastic and gave me exactly what I asked for when stepping in the salon. My hair felt amazing afterwards :) highly recommend! Already booked in for another treatment next month!

    I’ve recently started coming to Bellessa lounge, I’ve had my nails done with Emilia who has been fantastic and today I had a lovely massage with Georgia. She was really informative on the issues causing knots in my back and used the perfect amount of pressure, very relaxing and accommodating. Both ladies are really friendly and I recommend them both highly! Thank you Georgia and Emilia.

They are always welcoming ,and go above and beyond. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Charlotte the new business owner has lots of new ideas for us all to benefit from……..exciting times ahead. My daughter is now at the age to enjoy hair and nail treatments.so she has become a regular client now. Can’t wait to see what future plans that Charlotte @ team at Bellessa Lounge have in store. The nail colour selection is insane
