The clinic was clean, welcoming, and the treatment was quick and almost painless.    I have been having treatments here for a couple of years. It’s a really nice, friendly well run salon. Prices are very reasonable. It’s immaculate. Staff in uniforms. Lots of treatments available. Nothing is pushed on you. High quality, trained therapists. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended.

   I’ve been going to Sparx for a while now for a wax, however when I went yesterday I noticed that the beautician was double dipping, she in fact used one spatula for my entire Hollywood wax. Unfortunately I won’t be going to Sparx again after seeing this - spatulas cost peanuts, and there is no need for double dipping, it’s unhygienic, especially given that I do occasionally bleed whilst having a wax.. my germs are being put back in the wax pot ready for the next client. I won’t entertain somewhere that double dips, as in my opinion, it makes me question the rest of the salon’s cleanliness. Such a shame as the staff are lovely and I always enjoyed coming in.

   Nice professional manicurist and a good finish to the polish…the actually facility lacks the modern equipment needed to make this a 5* facility….water brought out in a bowl, very uncomfortable hard customer chair balanced atop a raised platform, given the age of this building I was surprised it didn't possess the usual quality pedicurist chair and foot-bath?…I left with a decent pedicure but also a backache.

   Lovely staff that were completely professional, accommodating and friendly. Mary, the beautician, was efficient which helped reduce the pain of waxing whilst also ensuring the treatment was completed to a highly professional standard. Will definitely be using them again. Thank you.

   I really love this place but please ! Do something with the transportation! If you don't have car Is a nightmare to go there( 3 buses just from Winchester) ! I really miss the old place from distance and convenience point of view. Otherwise all the staff are very well trained. Nice aura , very good results! Always trying their best to accommodate last minute request, if possible. Thank you Penny and the team!

   I had treatments with Jenny who was extremely professional, polite and did a fabulous job on my nails whilst being friendly and easy to talk to. Would defiantly recommend, a nice and clean salon with great colour choices and good quality polishes.
