   Just had a pedicure and hands for my wedding. She said your hands are fine, you don't need a manicure, although I booked for a manicure as well, and if I want I can go somewhere else, everyone does it differently, and this is how it is with them. The staff are in conflict with each other, they take each other's tools right during work. There is a negative unfriendly atmosphere, and very poor service, the master was in a hurry all the time, and tried to do everything as quickly as possible. First and last time in this place. I strongly do not recommend, the worst experience. The price for shellac on hands and regular nail polish on toes is £56.

   Appalling is the only way to describe my experiences in this salon. I have tried the Chandlers Ford, Winchester and Southampton salons and they are all dreadful. I’ve waited 30mins before most of my treatments with this franchise and not had a single apology. The beauticians vary in abilities however, all the good ones move on very quickly. I have a severe nut allergy and have had ​nut ​oils applied to my ​nails without even being asked if I was allergic​. It’s very pricey for the below par treatments and even worse is how rude the staff are. When getting treatments done I believe it should be an enjoyable experience instead you are met with a hostile atmosphere. I’ve never gone to the trouble to write a review before however, after countless poor experiences I wouldn’t want someone to waste their money as I have done.

   I visited the Chandlers Ford Salon today and Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The staff are very friendly and welcoming whilst maintaining a professional approach. I would highly recommend this Salon and as a very discerning customer that is high praise indeed. I will return!

   Unfortunately a terrible experience in this salon. Staff terribly rude and the salon smelt so strongly of BO it made me feel ill. I was made to feel extremely unwelcome and the person next to me had the wrong appointment despite confirming 3 times. Would've given 1* but the shellac was quite good despite it being expensive. Would not return if you paid me.
