   I never leave reviews but I feel responsibility to share it considering how bad the service was yesterday at their Bedford place location. I booked it as my regular lady wasn’t available, and they had good opinions and photos also looked good, but reality was opposite. Amateur with techniques outdated by 15 years and lack of professional equipment. My old gel wasn’t removed properly, leaving each nail very uneven and shape of each nail was different from each other. As someone who used to have a UV lamp at home in the past and never was any good at it - I’m positive I could’ve done better job myself. Very disappointing and thankfully Ocean Rooms Beauty in ocean village stepped in and saved the situation today on Sunday ahead of my important work trip.

   Really pleased. This was our first visit; I had a luxury pedi which was amazing and my feet feel lush! My mum who is disabled had a luxury mani and her nails look gorgeous, my sister had shellac and is super happy too. The ladies were lovely, calm and professional. The care of my mum in the salon was fantastic; they were amazing with her.

   I am so impressed with the treatments provided at NIM Beauty Bedford Place, I have had various treatments and every appointment the staff provide a warm welcome, super friendly and very professional. The manager is exceptionally welcoming and so friendly, always very flexible if I need to amend any appointments etc. The salon atmosphere is very relaxed and clean. The booking system is also great as it is very easy to use and book appointments. My favourite treatment is french shellac, the free hand white tip is perfect! I always have regular threading which I would highly recommend by all therapists.

   I’ve been going to Nim Beauty in Bedford place for over 10 years and have always been delighted with the quality of their treatments. The staff are friendly and professional and you always get a warm welcome from Huma! Nothing is too much trouble, even when I come in with different creative ideas for my shellac nails every month! As you can see from the pictures they always turnout beautiful.

   So disappointed. Had a “deluxe” pedicure at 9am today and shellac already chipped. Lumpy cover and can still see toe nail under. They gave me a discount but got home to find chip after. Absolutely NOT deluxe!! Bowl for soaking feet! Really wish I had gone elsewhere. I’m off on holiday on Sunday and had definitely affected how I feel now. - I see your response doesn’t reflect the conversation. I said I had to go as had no time to get a resolution that day and was not offered to come back to sort this. As stated the chip was noticed after I left. To say I refused is not correct at all.

   I have been going to NIM Beauty for the last couple of years to get my eyebrows and nails done. I’m so thankful I found them! The staff are always incredibly welcoming and make me feel at ease. They are happy to make recommendations when I ask and I always leave feeling really happy with whatever treatment I go in for. They also have a loyalty card service and remind me to use it each time. I can’t fault them. Highly recommend!

   I've been coming to Nim's for more than 20 years, and can 100% recommend their services. They are polite, professional, caring and are able to offer advice on any beauty matter. I think they're great - and Huma especially on Reception is amazing! She remembers you and treats you as a friend. All the girls are a lovely bunch and couldn't be more helpful. 100% Recommend. I had a shellac removal and reapplication today - fitted in as a walk-in - absolutely fabulous, Thanks
