   Disappointed by Lack of Customer Care I’ve been a loyal customer of Beleza Beauty for over seven years, so it’s really disappointing to have to update my review based on a recent experience. For my birthday, a friend gifted me a voucher, which I only realized just before Christmas was set to expire on Boxing Day. I take full responsibility for not checking sooner, but I was surprised as most vouchers are valid for 12 months rather than six. Given how difficult it is to get appointments at that time of year, I called and left a message on Christmas Eve, politely requesting an extension. Unfortunately, I was told by the new manager that they would not extend it. The reason given wasn’t particularly convincing, especially as I know of at least one instance where a similar request was granted as a goodwill gesture. Given that this was just a one-week extension in January, which is typically a quieter period, I found the response quite disappointing. I’ve spent a lot of money here over the years and recommended the salon to many friends, but this experience has made me feel that customer loyalty isn’t valued. Sadly, I won’t be returning or recommending Beleza Beauty in the future

   I've had a few treatments here, all with Laura and I always feel so relaxed and pampered. All the ladies working here are lovely. My daughter has had a few treatments too, side by side. It's a really lovely beauty salon, deceptive from the outside as there's loads of space inside. I would definitely recommend and keep coming back!

   I’ve been going to Beleza for a few years now and my experience is always outstanding. Laura and her team are a fantastic bunch and you always feel so welcomed and looked after when you are there. The salon has such a calming environment whether you are having your nails done or a massage and I always look forward to my next appointment!

   Been going here for almost a year now since moving to the area and I cannot recommend these girls enough! They are highly professional as well as extremely friendly and willing to accommodate you to their best ability. The service is amazing and you’re always greeted with a smile! It is such a lovely place to go for all your beauty needs! I could not recommend this place enough!

   I made an appointment for a pedicure with Danielle. This was my first visit here but I’d had pedicures with her previously. It was easy to make an appointment online and the price structure was straightforward. I immediately felt welcome. The place has a nice atmosphere with a background buzz of therapists and clients chatting and generally enjoying what is going on. It all felt professional but friendly. I will happily return, thank you Danielle.
