   Easy to contact, quick to respond & dealt with my query effectively. Took a while to get an appointment for diagnostics but it wasn't urgent. Very knowledgeable chap called with the results providing additional suggestions on how to prevent costly mistakes on my part. Although they were unable to provide the part I needed, I was given clear instruction on where to try next. Excellent, I will certainly go there again.

   Can’t recommend these guys enough, they are so honest and keep their prices reasonable for what they do. I came here not knowing what was wrong with my car and they found a solution quickly. The guys are so professional and friendly, able to sort your car worry free! I will definitely return for any repairs/mot’s in the future :)

   I couldn't be happier with their work. They managed to squeeze me in the day I requested, despite their busy schedule, and even advise me to not repair one of the two things that came as an advisory from the MOT because they didn't find anything wrong with it after putting the car on the ramp and check it thoroughly. Very satisfied customer, thanks... One more thing, even the lady attending me on the phone the first day I called was great (I can't remember her name, sorry). Good job all of you!

   I have a car that was built on 1971. Was a bit apprehensive about finding someone who could look after it and sort out the niggles. Well, it went into Aberdeen Volks Centre and came out running beautifully. Everything was explained to me, great communications throughout. So friendly and helpful. Very well priced. I am delighted with the service and care they delivered.

   Been using the Volks centre for over ten years to look after both my cars (originally both VW's, now VW and BMW) always receive a first class service. They are trustworthy and they get the job done promptly with no fuss. If they say the car will be ready by a certain time it will be. Highly recommended.

   Helpful, friendly and very reasonably priced. I had my VW transporter van in for servicing and an MOT, i was led to believe from a main dealer that the cam belt/ water pump was due to be replaced and fully prepared to pay the full (slightly eyewatering) £500 (ex vat or the service or the MOT) for the works to be undertaken. However! Thanks to some detective work by the technicians at Aberdeen Volks Centre it was discovered that this work had been undertaken just 2 years ago and was not required. Honesty is worth its weight in gold these days, there for i would highly recommend Aberdeen Volks Centre.
