   I went for a hair cut on Thursday Dec 4th.The girl that did my hair... apart from directing me to wash basin and after back to my seat...spoke not one word to me the whole length of time I was there. She did however carry on conversations with other students around. She then blowed dried my hair without asking me once how I wanted it done. I have been to the college before and all the students that have done my hair in the past have been a credit to the college but not this one. She missed out on the £5 tip that I usually give to the students. There was a one positive she did gave me a good haircut. But she definitely needs to brush up on her customer skills.

   Just had a blow dry from Alisha! was so so good my hair felt so clean and volumous but sadly she ate all my lunch. will return if she promises to bring her own food next time

   Unreliable. After waiting over six weeks for an appointment I arrived to be told I couldn't have my hair coloured as the girl who had booked me in, had arranged a patch test and the colour on the same day and it apparently needs 24 hrs before having the treatment. I know they are learning but surely this is very basic knowledge. Very disappointed and no offer to make amends.

   A truly great place to get your hair done! Students are very competent, with great support from teaching staff. So it's a win win, you get a good hair & you g people get good training!! Wouldn't go anywhere else.

   What can I say……..A* Service Attended the Salon today, first experience and what an amazing one it was too. Warmly welcomed by the team, my colourist Chloe was just super. We talked about what I wanted and the desired outcome and that’s what she achieved! Chloe was lovely, we talked the whole time, we shared life stories and I felt like this experience was the best salon experience. Thank you Team A!

   I do like this place for small treatments like a hair trim or a facial. The students are welcoming and polite. The receptionist is always accommodating and the supervising teacher is so lovely. The only thing is as these are students providing the treatments, it can take a lot longer than the average place. So if you do book, prepare to be very patient! Prices are rock bottom too. It's nice to give tomorrow's professionals a chance to work on real people.

   Had a great haircut. Claire was really professional and did good job. It does take a little longer than in a professional salon, but ended with the same result for a lot less money. Will definitely be back
