   Absolutely awful If I could give this salon 0 stars I would however that’s not possible so I give it a one. My mother and grandmother went to this salon for highlites and walked out with PURPLE hair my mother and grandmother both expressed their concerns. Whilst my grandmother was getting her hair done the staff said use a certain colour on her hair as they had ran out of the lighter colour which made her hair extremely dark as you can see in the photos attached, she also rang up the salon and emailed them photos as requested since her hair was so dark and had a uneven cut she yet had no reply or any concern from the salon . My mother went in two days ago and got highlites for her hair and walked out with purple hair she is pregnant and extremely disappointed with the results when she expressed this to the hair dresser they said they can just give her a shampoo to help the rudeness is unnecessary and so unprofessional no one should walk out of a hairdresser with PURPLE hair would not recommend at all.

   Always, always a fab experience at Elite! All the hairdressers are very experienced and creative, put you at ease and really listen to what you would like and are on hand with suggestions if you wish. You'll also have a lovely time whilst you're there. You can keep to the same or tweak/change every time you go and they're on board with expert advice and ideas. I rarely leave reviews but this salon is one of the easiest recommendations to make. The lovely Natalie is who I see...and she's brilliant, but I would in all honesty, happily see any of the other hairdressers if Nat was unavailable. They are ahead with creative techniques, tips, styles and predicted trends...and they've always been spot on. Thanks to all the team and especially Nat. If you're looking for a change give Elite a try...you'll be very pleased with your decision.

   Nicole has transformed me today! What a gifted woman she is. I wasn't the easiest client, having not been to a hairdressers in years and doing it myself. I was bottle bleached and have a lot of hair. I was a little anxious about going because it's not on my usual agenda getting my hair done professionally. Nicole was incredibly lovely, talked me through everything she was doing, we had a good gossip and the 4.5 hours flew by! Her colleagues all seemed lovely too. Especially nice for one of them to comment on how lovely my hair had turned out. Which indeed it has. I am beyond thrilled. Elite and Nicole will be frequently visited by me in the future. Thank you so much for making me feel and look fabulous! and have the best holiday, you obviously work hard so deserve it!

   "After many years of not fully looking after my hair, my daughter suggested I visit this salon. And I was not disappointed. They removed all of my old hair color and completely transformed the condition of it. Then they gave it a treatment, colored it, and cut it. The staff are amazing. I'm a 60+ year old lady who gets nervous and they made me feel safe and comfortable. It was a pleasure going there and I look forward to going back. Overall, I highly recommend this salon for anyone who wants a great hair transformation and a wonderful experience."

   I first found this salon back in 2020 when I returned from the Middle East and was living in the New Forest in Southampton. Natalie had to completely colour correct and treat my hair over a few appointments as it was in such bad condition and looked awful. Since that time I have been going every 4 weeks to keep it looking and feeling the best it can be. Natalie is an amazing hairdresser and the salon and the rest of the team are just lovely. The team are so attentive from the moment that you walk in the door to the moment that you leave. About 18 months ago I moved to Surrey which is an hour away from the Salon, but I still travel there for my hair as I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. My hair always looks and feels amazing everytime that I leave there, and is in the best condition it could be in. I couldn't recommend Elite Salon, Natalie and the rest of the staff more.

   Elite Salon, is a wonderful place to visit, for the service, the warm welcome, advice and and coffee, that's before you even get the person, who is going to be your designated hair technician. Mine is a lovely lady called Nicole, she is young, refreshing and very talented, she listened to me, and came up with a perfect game plan, I am very grey, and my hair was a block boring brown. Nicole suggested, lightening the base coat, then adding a trio of different blondes, light to dark. Oh what a success, the finished colour was amazing, I never thought I could get a finish like that; to top it all a beautiful cut and blow dry. When she finished, I couldn't stop smiling at my self in the mirror and that continued, all the way home in the car, I'm surprised I didn't drive into the back of someone. I looked and felt years younger. I have been going now for over six months, I love my hair, the condition has improved, best decicion I ever made was choosing Elite Salon. The salon is gender neutral, so everyone is catered for. This is a high end salon, which doesn't have to break the bank, unless you want to, they have the most amazing treatments. I love going there, I can't wait to see my grey roots, as it means, hello Elite Salon, here I come. HELEN
