Just received my car back today from Kinghorn Bodyshop , I’ve used Kinghorn’s on a number of occasions over the years they in my opinion give a great service , from the front desk to Chris and the team at the back. The cost is very competitive, I dare say you could get cheaper but the quality wouldn’t be there , I have no complaints and would always use them in the future

As an approved bodyshop for Land Rover Aberdeen, my car was booked in here for some replacement parts. I was really happy with the service I received here, in specific from Neil Henderson. There was an issue when I took the car home, however Neil sorted it out quickly and professionally. The reception/service staff are always friendly and helpful.

I sent pictures of the damage to my car to Kinghorn and from there the repair was arranged. I was provided with a courtesy car for the week my car was being repaired. Due to Brexit, Covid etc. a part was delayed. However I collected my car while the part was awaited, the majority of the repair was complete. After several weeks I eventually contacted Kinghorn to be told the part was now with them. I have no idea if they had intended to call me to tell me this or not. My car was being repaired via an insurance claim. When I collected it whilst the final part was awaited I was shown that the completion certificate was not signed by me as a method of assurance. However when I returned it for the final part to be fitted I was not asked to sign the completion certificate. Which says to me that this certificate is meaningless. I was also told that the replacement of the final missing part would be a quick fix and I could wait for my car whilst it was fitted. I sat for almost 2 hours in the waiting room on a hard chair with not so much as a drink of water provided and no updates on progress. Had I known I would be sitting there for 2 hours I would have walked up the road to Starbucks. In general I would say the repair work carried out is to a good standard and I cannot fault the completed work.

Booked in for a four wheel alignment for the first time, very knowledgeable staff who gave me a full explanation of what was wrong and why, the car is handling much better now and I will definitely be back in the future. Very nice facility in a great location with friendly and courteous staff.
