   I was visiting Lyndhurst for a wedding and booked a blowout and style in advance—it was super easy to schedule online. When I arrived, I was warmly welcomed (including by the sweetest pup!), and Zahra got started right away. I showed her the style I had in mind, and she immediately understood the vision. She clearly has an eye for detail and talent to match—the end result was absolutely beautiful. My hair held through the entire event and even looked amazing the next morning! I was also offered a beverage and felt genuinely cared for throughout my appointment. I highly recommend Zahra to anyone in the area—whether you’re looking for a haircut, a simple blowout, or styling for a special occasion. Thank you again, Zahra!

   For a significant period of time my hair has thinned and stopped growing, due to an ongoing eating disorder and malnourishment. I am in recovery and have recently managed to get the condition of my hair more normal, and it is actually growing again. I went to Cheri get my roots bleached, a very common service. I left Cheri with the hair snapped off at the root, and she was unable to help me lay it flat because of how short the hair was at the top. Her suggested solution was to start wearing my hair in a side parting. Unfortunately, even when parting it differently (in a style I don’t suit) the hair still sticks up. A devastating knock to my confidence after such an immense effort to get my health to a point where my hair could grow again, only to have it snap off by a negligent hairdresser.

   My sister and I went to get our haircuts together as part of her birthday gift. We had a lovely experience with Cheri and Katy. They both understood exactly what each of us wanted and we ended up with fabulous haircuts. The salon is stylish and has a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. We had a great time!

   I’m Canadian and had used the same hairdresser in Canada since I was 3 years old. While living in the U.K. I had a terrible time finding a hairdresser who highlighted my hair the same way and never went back to the same one. Then I discovered Cheri! She is amazing at what she does and so personable. I will be going to her for my hair from now on! Her and her assistants are so friendly and feel like going to see an old friend!

   I have never felt good about my hair. I have big, curly hair that my mum could never manage and it always looked like a bush. I have been getting my hair done with Cheri for about 4 years now and for the first time ever, am feeling good about my hair. She is the best hairdresser for blow drying. Most hairdressers have had difficulty managing my hair and have had to finish it off a lot with straighteners. Cheri always gets it straight and silky first go. People alway comment on my colour that she does as it always looks beautiful. I have had a keratin blow dry treatment on my hair by Cheri (at her recommendation) and it is the first time in my life that I feel I can manage my hair with some confidence. I had so much confidence in her that she did the hair for my bridesmaids and I at my wedding. She was punctual, professional and kept my wedding nerves at bay! We all had an up do braid style that everybody commented on and that lasted all day. My bridesmaids said how elegant and pretty they felt because of their hair. I have absolute confidence in recommending Cheri and can’t recommend her enough. She is a real talent that makes everybody feel fabulous.

   Cheri was excellent managing my curly hair. It’s usually very hard finding hairdressers that really understand my hair type, but she did an amazing job… particularly as I was going from hair past my shoulders to a short crop! Highly recommend!
