Took some old farm scrap plus other bits and pieces in today. Great crack and good price paid. The upper section is still a traditional car scrap yard. Happy memories keeping old cars going.

Had my car taken there same day it was due to be recovered ( council notice for vehicle to be moved ) so my recovery was on way but by then they had already moved it to their site within the hour they had already stripped my car and would not let me have it back ( car should have been impounded ). Very rude and wouldn’t give me my car back simply because they knew it had valuable parts and wanted to sell it. Told me it was scrapped but when I got there within the hour it would have been fine before they stripped it. Had everything organized that day just an hours difference and they wouldn’t give it back. (To their reply). yes it was council that put notice and council asked for you to move but for the sake of an hour yous refused to even give me my car back even tho I had a recovery truck, very greedy company that lives of other peoples belongings
Overton and Ebay now better value, can often get a new part on ebay for less than the prices quoted here.

Fantastic place to go if you don't want to pay stupidly high off shelf prices! Go here, get your hands dirty, meet some other folk with the same interests, get the parts you need, pay the man himself, and off home to fix your car! Simply and easy, as are the prices! Never had a bad experience whether it was sunny or thunder and lightning you always get a smile and a wee chat. Would recommend to anyone and everyone who needs any parts.
Would not advise... Sold some scrap once, when checked prices after that I found that I've been paid under bottom prices and payment taken ages. Staff is rude and willing to repair they low self esteem at cost of customer... About car parts zone - scrap cars at the yard deserves more to call them rubble, hefty prices shout for anything. If you've got other options don't ruin your good mood and go somewhere else.
