Unfortunately I didn’t get the beautiful ash blonde colour I requested instead I stepped out of the salon with unwanted green tones in my blonde hair. They didn’t seem bothered that I was visibly upset & didn’t offer to fix the problem which made me feel even worse.
A few of my friends recommended April Scott hair, I had a balayage & cut done. Lovely staff and lovely service. Received so many compliments already! Very very pleased & will be a returning customer :)
I found Lauren on Instagram and decided she was worth the 2 hour drive to trust with my colour, I wasn’t wrong and each time I’ve been so happy. Since then I’ve trusted her with my daughters first colour and wow, she is incredible. All the girls are welcoming and they have natural blonde requests perfected . 5 * doesn’t seem enough!
Danielle C is amazing! Books me in fast, replies fast! new salon update is really pretty. We always are laughing whilst doing hair! She listens to me and tells me if something is possible or not I travel a 2 hour round trip to visit. I always leave happy Would recommend!
I was really really anxious about going to the salon as I have never been to a salon before for my hair. The lady I saw was genuinely friendly and made me feel really relaxed. I absolutely love the outcome of my hair even though it needs one more go. Really lovely experience for me and my first time.
If you're hoping for a relaxed experience with professional hairdressers..steer clear of here! No offer of a drink at all. Asked to move more than once to free up space for other clients. They over book so as to make as much money as possible i presume. The experience is rushed and not at all relaxing. Hair brushed hard and fast and no real conversation or eye contact even. The salon is really run down. Clumps of hair stuck under chair wheels and dye stains. Had to do own patch test and the test tube was really mucky. Peeling paint and just messy. Hairdressers more interested in the dog belonging to one of them than the clients left waiting in uncomfortable chairs. Had to ask to move from wash basin as neck was hurting. I'd been moved there from my original chair due to my hairdresser starting to work on another client in my chair. The colour was nothing at all special. Insta photos of beautifully held up hair are what keeps this business afloat. They do not represent the reality at all. Please don't fall for it. Know that it isn't the way you should be treated when spending such a lot of money for a service. Great pics do not a great hairdressers make.
I wanted to leave a good review as I am so happy with my hair. I have dark hair naturally & wanted an ashy blonde balayage. April has done a fantastic job! Its a lovely colour! She is a very talented lady. I came out of the salon feeling really good. Thank you so much! :)
