   I have visited this salon on three occasions. The first time went well. On the second visit the stylist was running late. She apologised and I put it down to one of those things. Unfortunately last week, the experience got off to a poor start when the stylist wasn’t even expecting me. She then spent her time going between me and another client who was having a colour treatment. As a result the quality of my cut suffered which I did not fully realise until I next washed my hair. My hair style may be ‘simple and not take much time’ but I am paying full price and expect to be treated with the same importance as others. I would not normally review here but after expressing my views I was ignored and any dialogue deleted. Businesses should take on board clients concerns and use them to learn and improve. Unfortunately this is not the case here.

   Having spent £140 for a full head of highlights thats turned out a lot darker than I wanted, they were offended with my feedback and refused to put it right. They give the impression they are experts, but clearly they are far from it. No apology trying to blame me for being unhappy with the result. If you have ash blonde hair, I would avoid this salon.

   I've been going to Snips for several months now and I am so impressed with the service and always leave happy with a smile on my face. All of the staff are very attentive and professional, Angela has such a great team which you can see she really invests in. Lisa has been colouring my hair and Nicole has been cutting it both are great at their jobs. Lovely relaxing atmosphere. Thanks ladies!
