   Arranged childcare for two appointments. First one, told to come back in 30 mins, then came back and told can’t do the service because the manager had not told me to come in for a patch test. Guarenteed I could come back next week and stay as long as it takes to get it done as was their mistake. Left, paid for parking, gave Benefit of the doubt. Second time. Arranged childcare, cancelled again on the same day. I would not recommend this hairdresser if you have a specific event that you need your hair done by a certain time, as I am now out of luck.

   I'm so happy with my balayage! I felt Summer really listened to me, taking time to work out exactly what i wanted. She saved my hair from too dark box dye and lightened it to a lovely brown. It looks so natural. The style room have restored my faith in hairdressers! No more home dying for me!

   Lovely staff and a reasonable haircut. Price OK but felt like my hair needed atleast some product applied to give a nice finish but my hair was not actually 'styled' after a dry cut, just trimmed. Don't go to hairdressers really so not sure what I expected but I guess I just wanted a little more pampering.

   After a year of not going to the hairdressers because wherever I went locally they kept frying my hair and scalp, box home dye botches (which fried my hair and scalp even more!) I literally would spend half an hour trying to brush out the knots from my hair every day. I feared going to the hairdressers for yet another disaster and I feared I was going to have to have it all chopped off but the incredible Carmel (who I had seen was getting great reviews on the local Eastleigh Neighbours Facebook page) rescued my snapped and frazzled long tresses and restored my faith in hairdressers, the colour (which she matched perfectly with the photo I showed her) and condition is beautiful, and the cut is Exactly how I'd asked. She goes the extra mile to get it just how you want and she's bubbly and warm creating a nice welcoming atmosphere. 100% would recommend- in fact I really wouldn't go anywhere else
