   Moja koleżanka zabrała córkę do tego salonu gdyż był polecany przez innych z tego że ceny za podcięcia włosów z długich lub średniej długości włosów są w przystępnych cenach.Gdy koleżanka powiedziała mi ze zapłaciła za podcięcie z średniej długości włosów dziecku 30 £ , odradziłam jej następną wizytę.Dodam ze nastoletni chłopcy i dziewczynki twierdzą ze nigdy tyle nie zapłacili w tym salonie za to samo obcięcie praktycznie.Wychodzi na to ze panie biorą ile chcą od każdego klienta gdy się zorientują ze klient nie zna ich cen bo nie przychodzi często.Przed obcięciem zapytajcie o cenę.Ja jako dorosła kobieta w aga unisex hairdresser płacę 25 £ za obcięcie i modelowanie bez mycia z długich włosów ,więc jak dziecko mogło zapłacić 30 £ bez mycia w anie.To przesada ,zwłaszcza ze to samo dziecko rok temu zapłaciło 15 £ za praktycznie to samo podcięcie.Zdecydowanie nie polecam zwłaszcza gdy obok jest aga i biorą o połowę taniej za dzieci i nastolatków za obcięcie .

   Very very RUDE staff. Went there today 07/02/2025 on the way back home from work after about 18:00pm. It was raining outside bear in mind it’s February. I was greeted with no hello or anything. I was asked to take a sit and was told I might need to wait 30 minutes or so. I had no problem about it. I was happy to wait. While waiting about 10 minutes I just sneezed once. As already mentioned it was raining outside and I was a bit soaked. The lady yelled at me saying ( excuse me are you ill? You are sneezing and coughing. I got kinds at home I don’t want to get ill). I couldn’t believe my ears. I JUST SNEEZED ONCE. She was even making faces. Sorry but no one is deserves to be treated like this. And as a customer absolutely not. I’m paying money and getting this behaviour in return. No No No AVOID THIS PLEASE IN ANY COST OR GO THERE IF YOU LIKE TO BE TREATED RUDELY.

   For context, I’m East African with curly hair. I’ve dyed my hair at this salon before and was pleased with the outcome. Back in March/April I booked an appointment to get my hair dyed platinum. When I mentioned platinum, the lady immediately said ‘ that’s IMPOSSIBLE! she kept mentioning that my hair has too much melanin? She said because I’m African my hair is too curly and warm? It won’t work. It would just damage it. I showed her picture of a black woman with platinum hair. She jumped up and said ‘ but that black woman has lighter skin than yours!!’ *I have the same skin colour as the lady in the photo* She then said, you know what?, we’re quite busy today. Would you like to reschedule today’s appointment? I said no, and left. I left feeling confused, and racially discriminated. I wouldn’t Recommend them. They’re extremely unprofessional and ignorant! I’ve been to another salon, and they said that they could dye my hair platinum! I’d just have to come back to to make it lighter gradually. No mention of my hair having too much melanin. Or mention of my ethnicity.

   Very disappointed! I took my brother and niece to have haircuts as I saw good reviews, but they took advantage of us charging us more than double of the normal prices they have in their website. Their job was good, so it is a shame that they will lose customers because of the lack of professionalism.
