   Very Unprofessional staff , today I went to buy something and I found a male staff who was aged early 20s , he was very rude and seems racist to me . His way of talking and body language was a concern , I don't think such people should be allowed to face customers. He should be given proper training and also monitored regularly .I can see in different ratings it happened before. Please do something with him otherwise lots of people simply won’t use this Toolstation.

   I gave a 1 star review a few days ago, because of unprofessional behaviour of one of the staff called Nathan, but went there today again and there was a 2 older staff, very nice, smiling, joking as always so they made me change it to the better side I saw from them and always support the people with good behaviour.

   Very helpful. I placed a click and collect order, when I got to Toolstation, realised I’d ordered the wrong products. Nathan was great - sourced the correct products, sorted the return and actually saved me some money. Will be back for sure.

   Absolutely fantastic service, came in to the store on a weekday evening, gentleman went above & beyond to help with tools/problems re kids ride ons, if i could rate higher than 5*'s i would. This man deserves a payrise/promotion & i hope Head Office read these reviews...because not only is he an exemplary member of your team, but also a real credit to your company. The other gentleman was also very helpful & friendly, on another occasion in the evening...when an item was out of stock, without asking he tried to find me an alternative. Will not go anywhere else, absolute godsend to the man who helped, smiles all round & the children will be so happy. Thank you

   Nice store, staff always friendly and helpful. They have great stock and cheaper than online and most stores. Surprised at how much they sell that arnt tools. Like I used to think it was just trade goods but its not so well worth searching an item to see if they sell it.

   Checked online to find the item I required. In stock so I travelled across the town to pick the item up. Entered store and they couldn't find it. Waste of time and fuel, Went to my usual place -Screwfix instead, well done screwfix- it was in stock and found instantly.

   Terrible customer service. Refused to give refund on a small item just beyond the 30 day period when other rivals (i.e. Screwfix) happily do. I was told to phone customer services, then what? Post the item?? This was after I originally had to wait whilst my order was incorrectly picked 3 times. I'll be taking my regular business elsewhere where staff are more helpful (Screwfix).
