   This is my third visit to Lord at the hands of Jess. During my first visit she completed a restyle for me which I loved. She knew what would, and would not work, with my very fine hair, and together we agreed on a style. I have since been back twice for trims. The lovely lady on the front desk is at asset to the team and would not hesitate to recommend the salon.

   First time at this salon and it was so lovely, all the staff are so welcoming especially the receptionist. Renata did such an amazing job with my hair and made me feel so comfortable. My hair has never looked better and I can’t wait to come back again.

   I had a fantastic experience! The haircut done by Renata was precise, and exactly what I wanted without even knowing that . You can tell Renata truly cares about quality and detail - I left feeling confident and refreshed. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming too. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a high-quality haircut and great service! I will be definitely returning to see her again.

   Super relieved to have found my Winchester hair salon! Amanda was fantastic. She checked that I was happy throughout, made me super comfortable and I'm delighted with the cut. I went in to add texture to my hair with a freshen up and cut, which was achieved. Add bonus was how lovely everyone else was, especially Sue at reception. Thank you x

   I tried this salon a few years ago because it's within walking distance of where I live. Renata is an absolute gem. I like to relax when I'm having my hair cut. It's a bit of time out for me, and I love that she cuts my hair, quietly and with great skill. Renata is always polite but confident in not feeling like she has to talk the entire time she's working on my hair. I always come away feeling refreshed. If you're like me and prefer a contemplative experience that leaves you feeling great, I highly recommend Renata. That said, the receptionist, Sue, is so kind and always incredibly welcoming, as are all the staff in the salon, so this is no criticism of any of them. They genuinely care about their customers. Even if I move away, I'll come back to Winchester to have my hair cut at Lord's.

   I have lived in Winchester for about five years and really have struggled with finding a good hairdressers and then found Lord on here by reading the reviews. I was very nervous before my first appointment with Alex due to having a few bad hair cuts. Then I found Alex, who put me at ease straight away. she really listened to what I was asking for and was very honest and very knowledgeable about what I was asking for. The final look was exactly what I asked for and absolutely loved it. I get so many lovely comments from friends and work colleagues. I have complete trust in her now, even though I have had it cut a couple of times, she really is a great hairdresser. Also, in general Lord has a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere, even the receptionist is warm and welcoming. So if you are looking for a new hairdresser I definitely recommend Lord.

   I have been a client of Lord for a number of years, and see Oli for my hair cut and Brooke for my colour. The atmosphere is always so warm and welcoming at Lord, the team (no matter who you speak to!) are friendly and helpful ~ always asking if they can get you a drink or make you feel more comfortable. Oli is a brilliant hair stylist, I've been having my hair cut by him for 14 years and cannot say enough good things ~ the cut doesn't just look good on the day, it lasts right the way through until my next appointment. Oli is also great at styling my hair once it's been cut ~ I usually like undone waves and he's a master at them! I can usually get away with keeping my Lord blow dry going for 5ish days. Brooke is a fantastic colourist, I trust her implicitly with my brunette hair colour + twice yearly balayage. Both Oli and Brooke are so lovely (in keeping with the whole Lord team). Overall, I can't recommend Lord, and Oli for hair cuts and Brooke for colour, more. My hair appointments are something I always look forward to! Thank you Lord team for making your customers feel so well taken care of, and of course, for the incredible services you offer!

   The Lord salon is a sanctuary in Winchester - Renata has been cutting my hair for some time now and I can thoroughly recommend her - but don't want to as I want her to still have availability for me !! Great stylist, technically skilled and makes the whole experience a delight !

   Absolutely love this place! Always such a warm welcome from absolutely everyone, and who always remember who you are -including what you drink and how you have it! They had a had tough task on me after lockdown, and Brooke did such a fantastic job on fixing it you'd never have known about the 5 inches of roots that was there before! Honestly they are such a lovely bunch of people who really do such a fantastic job! My hair has never been in such amazing condition before and the length and feel of it is wow just wow! Keep it up guys and gals x
