The first time I visited and had two beautiful treatments a facial and a lavar shell back massage. The girls were professional, friendly and knowledgable. Having two young children this was definately what I needed. I slept like a log that evening. I highly recommend and will be returning again. Thank you Megan and Sophie.
Lava Shell is my new go to treatment ! Sophie gave a wonderful treatment which was super relaxing and super beneficial to my back and shoulders, the lava shells add the wow! Sophie’s massage was amazing ( as always) and I can’t wait to book back in for another one!

My consultation was professional but still super relaxed, and I learned a lot of really interesting things. There was absolutely no pressure to book anything or commit to expensive treatments, which I really appreciated. I felt heard, supported, and left feeling really positive about the next steps in my skin journey. I struggle with adult acne, and Kylee took the time to listen to all my concerns, carefully check my skin, and suggest some great treatment options. Just had an amazing 1 hour deep tissue massage with Sophie! She really listened to what I wanted and knew exactly what she was doing. Felt super relaxed afterwards and my muscles feel so much lighter and looser. One of the best massages I’ve had – I’ll definitely be back!
