The personnel is very polite and helpful and they also offer Yodel and Evri collect points with in-store printing, which makes the shoppe very efficient!
I love this place, the 2 workers are very polite especially the one that covers his face as we greet each other when entering & leaving the place and overall theyre just great.
These new people are ripping people off.make sure you get and check receipts if using a card make sure you check whether price is .they over charged me and refused to.check till roll.which makes me think he new he'd over charged me .I never shop in there again there rip off people so always check change
Since writing my previous review, the shop has been sold and the new owner has sadly closed the post office, this was my major reason for using this location , my previous comments are now somewhat redundant, so another post office closes and we have to use even more fuel and resources: PREVIOUS **** review: An excellent family run local shop with helpful staff that keeps a good range of products, yes the post office closes early but that's better than it closing completely due to Royal mail cutbacks. Not the cheapest for a weekly shop but as part of the NISA group they have some good offers, I have never been charged for using my debit card, Support your local traders.
Beware post office opening hours are shorter than the store. Not only that, they take 1200 to 1400 for lunch when you can’t get served. I’ve been several times when the post office service has been quite brusque to put it politely. Update - owner disputes that they close for lunch but nonetheless that has been my experience. In any case, I visited today (21 Feb 18) and the Post Office section of the store is "closed until further notice"...apparently they have a dispute with the central Post Office organisation. Time to look elsewhere for post office services.
