   Rudest staff I’ve ever met. No ‘hello’ no ‘thank you’. No eye’ contact. Talked away to each without even noticing me until I was at the till to pay. They never seem to have any customers either when I go. There’s a much better shop with this type of groceries in Woodley Shopping Centre and the staff are always friendly and helpful

   Best Asian Grocery store in Reading. They have unique quality brands which we usually don’t find in other regular Asian grocery stores. Good customer service. Seasonal Pooja stuff is always present in the store and also seasonal fruits from India, this makes it special store in the area.

   I recently visited the Indus Fresh store and was helped by Pramod and his colleague. They both gave excellent customer service. Pramod was very friendly, polite, and paid close attention to the customers. I saw him warmly speaking with others, even using their language to make them feel welcome. His colleague was also kind and respectful, which made my visit very enjoyable. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a great selection of Indian products. I will definitely visit again often.

   I was on the lookout for fresh Jamun fruit, and after checking a few local shops that unfortunately offered poor quality produce, I came across IndusFresh. To my delight, not only were they selling Jamun fruit, but the quality was exceptional—fresh, flavourful, and far superior to what I had found elsewhere.

   A shop for all your Indian grocery needs. I have always found everything I needed in this shop. Good parking space is also available. Very friendly staff.they are always well spoken and ready to help. They personally come and ask you if you need anything. Home delivery is another option. I always received fresh veggies even when delivered.

   Very nice store setup. Very clean and tidy. I regularly visit the store and have found it very clean and arranged all the time. Staff is also very helpful if you are looking for something they are very helpful. Variety of Indian snacks and delicious home made fresh foods also available. I highly recommend for any Indian grocery needs.

   We have been ordering vegetables from Indus fresh. I concur with other positive comments already out there. Our experience is no different. 1) No idea how they are able to manage the freshness of the vegetables but we are very happy. 2) super quick delivery. Many a times next day or sometimes same day delivery. This is absolute pampering 3) Touch less delivery; always with masks and gloves. Careful and responsible folks. 4) Price is competitive for the service and freshness they offer I wish and want local new businesses like this to flourish. Wish many more customers and success to them.
