   Absolutely appalling service today. I have been going here for around 10 years but today when shopping here I got billed £50 for what was £20 worth of shopping. When I realised what had happened I asked for a refund which the cashier was struggling to do. Eventually he gave me my £30 cash which was less convenient as I paid by card. In the 10 years I've been going to that shop I've had nothing but kindness and good service so I was very unhappy to have seen what has happend today

   Such a humiliating behavior this Paypoint store is doing. I have voucher from Wokingham United Charities but nobody helps me that in this store. First, I have been told no boss here so they don't know the process Then followed by other e few excuses, they say no enough cash, they are not....embarrassing
