   I have never had a problem at this shop always polite staff and helpful , but today I witnessed a male shoplift 2 of the biggest Easter eggs they sell, he just walked out without being noticed at all ! When I informed the staff and showed them which ones he had taken, there was very little interest on what he looked like or what he had taken. 2 x Easter eggs at £15 each!!!

   This Tesco Express is outstandingly good. Confirmation of that can be seen by how many people use it. All the staff and are friendly and helpful as well as polite and courteous. I had my first Whoosh delivery from them today. It’s unbelievably exceptional service. Thanks to everyone there but especially the managers who are doing a superb job. Best supermarket in the area.

   The 1 star review is not for the Tesco shop itself but the car park. Who thought it was fantastic idea to put those 2 suspension damaging speed bumps in the car park? It puts me off going to Tesco and I’ve been coming here for years.

   I felt very safe shopping in this store the other day. A very polite gentleman called Greg was cleaning and wiping down all of the baskets before handing them out to us in the queue. He was very nice to us all and working hard to keep us customers safe

   One of the worst Tesco's I have been too,queues are too long, staff don't care about customer service, self service machines are often broken or malfunctioning which doesn't help with queues either. Pretty dirty store too. I drive further to go somewhere better which says it all really.

   Tesco offer very poor customer service, during doing delivery staff is not even aware about customers walking thru , no sorry, excuse me, nothing at all. Other issue what I have cause I don’t think so employed there people starting there shifts exactly 0600am when shop is open but at least half an hour early , there is never but never fresh bakery out for sale at the morning so no one is taking any care about this what is wrong cause that’s one of the most important products in the morning on the shelf and last one ,what is the reason to not giving receipt after payment for the customer , can’t understand this at all :(
