Rude young workers. Don’t offer a carrier bag and makes sly comments at you. Wouldn’t use the shop again. Co op get your workers into gear as you have the total wrong people working for you. I spoke to I believe it was a team leader called kacie and she was rude and arrogant.
The shop is looking so lovely, definitely feels like they have tidied it up, shelves are stocked beautifully, looking really clean and fresh. Really impressed. Not sure if it has been a concerted effort to “up their game”’or if it is a change in staff, but the improvement has been noted.
I bought baby cow and gate porridge 2 weeks ago I bought 3 packs. Opened a pack today and gave to my baby, looked at the date as I put it away and it was a month out of date. This is shocking, when I rung the store (Dana) the new manager she replied with why didn’t I check the date on the shelf. I shouldn’t be checking the date as it should be in date! This is shocking and if it doesn’t get sorted I will be going to trading standards
Lovely shop however the staff can be awful.. they like to start arguments for using the facilities and are entirely unprofessional! Bar a couple lovely ones. Just be careful when you go there never know who will start.
Fab store but please fix the chiller doors - breaks the cold chain a bit I would think!

Sunday 26th at 13.05 went in to the shop and got served by a lady to me she was rude and no manners at all very unprofessional. She was a older woman behind the till.
Poor customer service from the older unfriendly lady with the Birmingham accent. I said "can I have it in a bag?" to which she responded "You can HAVE it in a bag" which made me annoyed. I then said "Can you pack it for me please", to which she responded with rudeness, "Can't you pack it yourself?". Unlike most others who back down, I didn't, "other staff pack my shopping, so what's the problem"?? Plus she annoyed some other bloke before me by walking away from him without saying anything! My advice is unless you can use the self service, stay away from this nasty woman!
Very good local store, which is even better since the refurbishment in early 2017. A good range of food and drink items, enough to do most of your weekly shop if needed. My only complaint (true of all co-op's not just here, is they have stopped doing my favourite coffee and walnut cake!) The loyalty scheme is good too, well worth registering for a card.
