Izzie was kind, attentive, listened to everything and genuinely so lovely. A great haircut and a laugh, too - what a bonus. Having moving to chandler's ford recently, I was anxious about finding a new salon (having been at my previous one for many years). I've had three haircuts by three different members of staff (Erin, Ren, and Izzie) and they've all been exceptional. It’s always a great experience going to see Jemma and her lovely team of girls. The service they provide is outstanding. I walk in feeling a mess and walk out feeling a million dollars. I had my hair done by Rhianne. She had a last minute slot. Booking was super easy and she was so friendly. There was no hard selling of products or anything that normally makes you feel uncomfortable. Lovely experience and fantastic cut and blow dry. Thank you
I’ve been going to Jemma for my colour and cuts for years now and always get the BEST service. With Jemma now the Director I’ve also had many of her girls do my hair and each time she still has a watchful eye to ensure everything is as it should be. Jemma is a true perfectionist and you can see she is not just an amazing hair colourist / stylist but she is an excellent manager. Highly recommend!
