Booked last minute as my little girl needed a hair cut! Nicola was really sweet and made my daughter feel at ease this was her first proper hair cut and it could not off gone any better! Will be back!!
First time visiting with my 5 & 2 year old. We had a very pleasant experience. My youngest hates hair cuts, but the hairdresser was so good with him and patient. Both hairdressers were lovely and had such a calm aura it made the experience much more relaxed for myself and my children. Thank you
It was our first time there today and Naz did an excellent job at cutting my 3 year old son’s hair. I showed her a picture for inspiration and said I wanted him to keep a bit of length so she was cautious not cutting too much and asked me if that was ok. I said we could go a bit shorter so she did that and he ended up with a perfect haircut. She put peppa pig on for him during the cut so he was happy the whole time.
Used to love this place. Sara was amazing. She's left and it's gone downhill so fast its unbelievable. Even turned up for our appointment today (Monday) to find the place completely closed. I'd had a text message on Saturday reminding me of the appointment yet when I phoned to find out what the heck was going on they claimed they'd tried to contact me cancel it. I have no evidence that they did and given they have the correct number to send a text message, they have the correct number to contact me. Such a shame as used to be a fantastic place to get kids hair cut, but we won't be back now.
This was our first experience here. My son is autistic and has sensory issues. This was his first hair cut and Nicola was brilliant working through all the screaming and him trying to get out the chair! His hair is so lovely and we are very happy!
Came today for my son's first haircut. I explained when booking that he can get very upset and i was worried it might be difficult. The lady that booked us in was so reassuring and even booked out some time either side of my sons appt incase he needed a bit more time. This was at no extra cost. The haircut was such a success in the end.. he chose a film to watch and sat in one of the cars. His stylist Sara was so calm, friendly and understanding. She gave him a biscuit to help distract and he even tolerated the clippers! There was no upset at all. Just amazing. He was able to choose a balloon at the end and got a (my first haircut) certificate. Will definitely be back. Thank you so much :-)
My LB loves going here mainly for the toys but he has always had a very good hair cut too. Well equipped for toddlers and from being there have seen the most difficult toddlers have their hair cut too.
My 11 year old daughter had a haircut with Sarah twice and very pleased with her. Sarah is attentious, patient, listens to what my daughter wants and gives great haircuts. Reasonably priced. We have finally found a place that is reliable and tick all the boxes.
Always love taking my son here. He is quite fidgety and ticklish, doesn't like it when people touch his hair or head but from the first time we went here he's always enjoyed it. The staff are amazing. They always know exactly how to cut his hair, don't make a fuss about it when I let his hair get a bit too long and they are brilliant with him explaining when they are going to use the clippers and why he has to sit still. And having something to watch while getting his hair cut is a real bonus because it's the distraction he needs
