   RUSH. 110% SATISFACTION....After many horrendous hair cuts, I gave Rush ago. Best thing I ever did. Josh is my stylist. He put right a horrendous hair cut I had the week before. OMG. Amazing. I've never been so pleased with a cut. I now go to Josh every 6 weeks. No one but Josh will touch my hair again. I can't rate him enough. A lovely clean salon. Making you feel comfy and relaxed. Professional, friendly and polite. Josh listened to what I wanted. He's a perfectionist and won't let you leave till he's 110% happy with your hair. And the next time he remembers you, asks if you been happy with your hair the last 6 weeks. Thanks Josh. I've never been so happy with my hair cut xx

   Went in to get some long layers done and my fringe trimmed for graduation, first picture is how I initially left the salon, very upset, my fringe was very uneven and too short, but luckily went back the next day and one of the stylists was able to fix it up and make me love the cut. Happy with my hair now

   Paid nearly £400 in total for my daughter to go blonde balayage. She was already ashy blonde so shouldn’t have taken too much. First appointment was barely noticeable and didn’t even do a balayage technique. Second appointment again didn’t do balayage despite specifically asking for it. The whole appointment was rushed and again she came away with barely noticeable change in hair colour. Only complaining now after speaking with a friend who’s gone to a different salon. £192 x2 for nothing.

   I was staying at a local hotel in between cruises and needed my hair cut and colored. I was referred to Rush Hair. They did an amazing job. If I'm ever in southampton again, I will definitely use their services. Thank you very much. Had lots of compliments on my hair

   I used to cut my hair for many years with Charlotte, but the last time I went, I have been told she left, I had another inexperienced stylist cut my hair, I wanted a short haircut as always, but she did not know how to cut my hair and did not say till she was halfway through cutting my hair, I complained and had another stylist trying to fix the mess, I ended paying a full charge for the cut, and I even tipped the other stylist for saving what was left of my hair. I must admit I went home and was not happy but thought of giving it some time, as my hair is growing it looks awful, so I gave them a call to be told they cannot offer a fix instead I can only book a new appointment and pay full charge again, they were saying I am past the 2-week policy, I had to explain that it is not my fault they had a stylist that does not know how to cut short hair, they replied saying they only knew late that this person did not know how to cut short hair and they have dealt with it!! I no longer recommend anyone using Rush, they obviously do not take into consideration any loyal customer or that I have been cutting my hair for years with them, I did put my money and loyalty in the wrong place obviously. If I can know where Charlotte is working now !!

   I can’t keep saying JOSH is fabulous and never lets me down. However it’s so true. I don’t even worry about what I want because I trust him so much that when we chat at the start I basically say do what you think my hair needs. He’s always spot on with colour and the cut is so beautiful when it grows out it still looks really good. Thanks JOSH
