   I have been a customer for the last 2 and a half years, always been very happy with the service. In April I had my hair cut by a new lady at the salon and she cut my hair far too short and not according to how I asked, but I let it go. Last night I went for a hair cut again with yet another new person I have not seen there before, she didn't listen properly and cut my sideburns square off both sides instead of the neatly blending them into my beard as one would expect from a reasonable person. Now I had to shave off my beard to make up for the holes the hairdresser cut in my beard. And I still had to pay full price for the hair cut. I am very angry and disappointed. Will never go back there again.

   I have been coming to this Salon for over 30 years and NEVER had a bad experience! I am made to feel at home! Zoe, Hayley and Claire all cut my hair exactly how I like! All of the team are fantastic and I highly recommend this salon to all!!

   Hair talk is by far the best salon I've ever been to. The staff are so friendly, skilled and fabulous! They listen to what I want and I always get great results. My hairdresser always strives to get the best results possible. Especially when it comes to colouring my hair. The nail technician is brilliant and does amazing designs!
