   Booked an order via the app for home delivery. No greeting at all from the driver, not even a grunt, and I was short delivered on one item. Driver told me he was only given 3 cases, not the four I ordered. No apology, no guidance to what I should do, other than to check my email to make sure I ordered 4. I called customer care, they said I could get the missing item delivered later the same day. They tried calling the store but no answer, so I was told they’d email the store and the store would call me to arrange it. I tried calling the store twice yesterday but no answer. No call from them, no delivery. I called the store this morning, someone answered who said they (kinda) remember reading an email about the shortage. They offered to get it delivered between 10 & 12 today, which is great, and it was delivered. But there was no apology for the error made yesterday, or for not responding to the email/calls yesterday. If I hadn’t called the store today, I wonder when it actually would have been dealt with. Head office customer support dud all they could, so thank you, but I feel let down by the store

   Pathetic. All staff on click and collect. No service in store. Store manager instruction: "don't come into the store, I refuse to get you stock from the back, order on click and collect"

   Horrible service, ordered my food on 3rd June 2025 and paid for same day delivery but food never arrived nor did I receive a refund. I have been calling customer care they keep telling me this store is not picking calls and that they have left an email to contact me urgently. I am not loosing £81 and no food delivery with zero shame. I told them I spent the last bit of my money and I have a pre-teen, still after 3 days no empathy.

   Asked for delivery - manager refused to deliver, because we weren't local. Claimed delivery is a courtesy - even though the ads state spend over £25 for free delivery. He also claimed (as he did for the last 3 years) that they were a van down - conveniently.

   Place is not to bad, food looks great but slightly below average quality. This could also be a trend with the current economy. I had had ready meal which gave me the runs and a hot dog which smelt like bacon.
