   Absolutely awful experience. I typically love my hair but now it is depressing me. Went with my daughters who also had awful hair cuts. Rushed the whole process, did not listen to what we asked for. Very scissor happy when asked to just remove ends. Daughter hair resembles a mushroom, it’s getting wider and wider, no style. My hair looks broken and damaged! How this place has clients is beyond me. I will never ever go again. Had waist length hair that was healthy, it’s now shoulder length, looks like a wolf cut, layers not even and the worst cut I have ever had. Keep telling myself hair grows, but my hair looks absolutely awful, can’t put it up, wear it down and my mental health has suffered greatly because of it. My daughter has equally been extremely upset over her cut! Her curls were struggling under the weight of her hair, it looks like her hair has been hacked and her curls are still struggling. Please do not go here!!! I do not say this lightly and the lady who runs this place was a lovely person but lacks skill in her profession. My hair looks hideous and for that I paid a huge amount. My self confidence is rock bottom worse still my child has also been impacted. Please look elsewhere!!

   Just want to share that this was the best hair stylist me and my daughter have ever seen. She was bubbly, chatty and helpful. She likes to have a giggle and a fun joke and just made us feel at home. Defintly will be returning. Lucy is a great stylist and we hope we will have her again on our next visit to southamptons supercuts.

   THANK YOU…….. I so wanted my long hair cut short so looked at some places on line but needed an appointment and knew I would over think it and not go. Lucy fitted me in today and omg!!! She smashed it I can’t thank her enough. I love my short hair. Lucy put me at ease was very chatty and even though she had another client took the time to blow dry and style my hair. I highly recommended her and will definitely return. Thank you again.

   I turned up yesterday morning hoping to have a quick cut and blow dry. I was so pleased that Lucy was able to fit me in despite having another customer turning up in the next half hour. As always, she cut my hair really well and I was dried and out by the time the next customer was ready. Well done, Lucy!

   I had a beautiful cut by Lucy yesterday. After trying to grow out my butch styled hairstyle, I could no longer deal with it and wanted to go back to very short hair but in a way that still allowed me to look feminine. Lucy was fantastic and styled me into a fresh looking pixie cut that looked perfect! My self esteem is always a tad low before I come to Lucy, but I always leave feeling so much happier and more confident. Thank you for always making my experience so positive and one that I look forward too.
