A year ago, I took a lash course with Kim, and it was fantastic! Kim was super informative and gave me personalized help whenever I needed it. I was really happy with the whole experience and felt ready to keep practicing at my home salon. I'd definitely recommend this course to anyone wanting to get better at lashes!
I have been going to Kim for nearly 3 years. She is by far the best along with the team of girls at the salon. , I go for Russian lashes and will not go anywhere else, they look amazing and last for ages, I’ve also had lip filler and Kim made the experience so comfortable, they look amazing and I can’t thank her enough! I also get my hair done by Olivia and not long had extensions. Olivia made the experience so smooth and my hair looks amazing. Salon is amazing can not recommend enough.
I did my fast track lash course at Studio Eleven over the weekend. I would not recommend anyone else except for Kim as she gave me 1:1 training throughout the whole process. Any questions I had she answered and went into a lot of detail with. Kim gives 1:1 training and goes through all the lash tips and how to lash, lash anatomy, social media training etc. This course included how to lash map and how to do classic, hybrid and russian lashes which Kim went through thoroughly. ❤️❤️
I’ve been coming to Kim for a long time and she is honestly amazing! Every lash tech I’ve been to have always hurt me when doing infills or removals! Kim is so gentle with my eyes, I’ve never had an issue with her! She makes you feel so welcome, as well as the other girls upstairs! Highly recommend Kim for lashes x

I have been coming to Kim upstairs now for over a year and I will not go anywhere else she’s just the best! Not only do you feel welcome straight away you leave feeling amazing! I’ve had my brows done every 6 weeks without fail even when she’s busy she’s always fitted me in, I’ve also had my lips and jawline done by Kim and the results were exactly what I wanted. So friendly, professional and makes you feel comfortable! Thankyou so so much.
I’ve currently been on 2 of Kim’s courses classic lashes and brow lamination she’s very professional and just generally the nicest person she put me at ease and wouldn’t go train with anyone else. She once was my eyelash tech before I moved away and I was never disappointed! I’m currently back to see her in 2 weeks time for my Russian lashes course. 100% recommend her for training and for beauty services. The salon is beautiful, clean and a really nice atmosphere all round
Not a single bad thing to say about Studio Nineteen. The girls upstairs are always so welcoming, cannot fault them. Kim has done my lashes for around a year now & they always look amazing! She’s also incredible at all things aesthetics - always professional & talks you through everything. 100% Recommend her to everyone x
