The staff are so lovely and friendly, i was greeted by Ellie I was a little early for my appointment she made me a cup of tea and we had a lovely chat . Libby did my wash and blow dry , it was a lovely experience, time taken to wash and condition my hair . I can’t wait to go back .

Extremely disappointed. Visited the salon for a cut and blow dry, I wasn’t offered a drink when I first arrived only after my hair was washed. I felt very uncomfortable sat in the chair while my hair was being cut because there wasn’t any atmosphere, you couldn’t hear the music and it didn’t seem very busy. All there was to do is stare at the dirty skirting boards, the cleanliness really needs improving. The hairdresser finished my hair early with 10 minutes to spare when I normally go over the 1 hour that is allocated, so I felt it was a rush job and I didn’t receive the service I have had previously at Jarah many times before. I was charged for a lead stylist price when I was expecting a stylist but I was not made aware of this when making the booking as the website still clearly states that the hairdresser I had is a stylist. Therefore, I ended up paying an extra £5 which was a shock at the till. After coming out of the salon feeling a bit disheartened, I saw my hair properly in the mirror as I was rushed out the salon I couldn’t have a proper look, I really was unsatisfied with my hair. I went back to Jarah for them to straighten out the curls that were originally put in because they didn’t meet my expectations and were certainly not the work of a lead stylist. The hairdresser was extremely rude and would not apologise for my experience, I cannot believe the way I was treated.
Absolutely amazing place. Originally booked an appointment for an olaplex treatment but decided to get my hair chopped too. Really friendly staff. Amazing massage chairs at the sinks. And the stylist gave me the most amazing scalp massage. Would definitely recommend and am staying here from now on.
Had my gel nails done here they were very shiny and smooth and very neat. I couldn't stop looking at them! They have a wide range of colours too. Also had my waxing done here every now and then . A few hairs were still remaining i think broken off as they were being waxed off. I don't know if its the wax, technique or my shaved hair. I suppose id have to get it done regular to see a better result? but the staff are really friendly, funny and always pleasant to talk to.
