First time visiting here, I had a big, out of control bushy beard, had the beard shape, hot towel and wet shave. Felt like a new person after. Best beard cut I've had in years. Very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely visit again.
Always a good haircut. Arrived on Monday at 1845. Supposed to close at 1900. Had hair cut anyway by staff and great finish. Never a bad word to say.

Bloody brilliant. Had a hair cut myself somewhere else in the morning and took my son to Matt's after. Was that impressed that I got them to have a go at my hair as I didn't have the best cut. Amazing! This was my first visit to Matts and the service given was brilliant! The staff are professional, look smart and are friendly. My haircut looks great, top quality work! Unlike most nearby barbers, the gent who cut my hair was asking throughout if I was happy with his work rather than just cutting away and asking at the end! Did have to wait a while as it was busy but quality work takes time! Keep up the great work gents!
Just visited Matt's for the first time. My previous two haircuts I ever got were not good experiences and I was apprehensive of trying somewhere new but this place was great. The gent cut my hair the closest he could to the photo I gave him of the style I wanted. To say the least he accomplished it very well. He was not rude in the slightest (something that happened in the previous two places I had been) and charged a very fair price for the cut. His attention to detail was meticulous and I left feeling very happy and confident with my new cut. Overall, I would recommend Matt's based on the one time I've been there, as I got the cut I wanted, without rudeness, and for a good price.
