   Gents @ 27 are the best about! Been going to Gents since they opened back in January 2020, but Matt has been cutting my hair for the past 7/8 years and could not be happier with the service. The team at Gents make you feel so welcome and provide a very chilled but bubbly atmosphere. Would highly recommended anyone to go here!

   I booked here as they are open until late, 7/8pm depending on the day. This was my first cut here. Due to a malfunction in the booking system I was booked in for after closing with Ruby. Rather than calling and cancelling, she stayed late to do my cut. Ruby was very consultative throughout the cut, checking periodically on lengths and then asking if I'd like it shorter, making sure I got the cut I desired. Really pleased with the result. Easily the best hair cut I've had in years. When I got home, my wife said it was the best I'd ever looked coming back from the barbers. Aside from just being a great cut, the staff were all friendly and clearly enjoy working together. Will definitely be coming back for my next cut.

   Ruby has cut my 4yr old sons hair several times now, she listens to what I want and I’ve always been happy with how she styles it…. In fact she’s the only stylist I’ve found who can cut his fringe in a straight line!! All the stylists working there are friendly and it’s a great atmosphere in the salon. Highly recommend!

   My son had his hair cut by Ruby and she was amazing - so patient and spoke to him like an adult which made him really chuffed. So I booked an appointment for a hair and beard trim and couldn't be happier - Ruby spent so much time and thought getting it right and was so helpful. Great atmosphere, friendly team! Thoroughly recommend.
