   **Updated 11/25: They are stopping taking Evri parcels - so I have taken off 2* - the only reason I bought groceries from this store was because they also took Evri parcels, so I will no longer be shopping at this Tesco Express. For a small shop it has a decent selection of products, and the staff were friendly and helpful, despite being very busy. There is a small parking area outside, that may fill up at busy times.

   Draw you in with local services like parcel drop off, but won't take the parcels. Total waste of time. They could have recovered the situation somewhat by at least being apologetic instead of making you feel like you're wasting their time by attempting to use a service they advertise.

   Service is always so shocking at the store. Colleagues will unpack crates in the way and not apologise if they’re in your way. They will barge you out the way, or be on their phones. Often talking to eachother when on difference sides of the store. Often about other customers (not in a nice way). Some are really lovely there, but most are awful at customer service.

   “Terrible Experience with Package Size Restrictions” I recently attempted to send a package through this service, and it was an incredibly frustrating experience. After spending time carefully preparing and bringing my item to the location, they refused to accept it because it was “too big.” There were no clear guidelines or warnings about size restrictions provided beforehand, which would have saved me a lot of time and effort. If you’re going to have strict limitations on package size, please make sure this information is more visible and communicated clearly. Very disappointing. I won’t be using this service again.

   Very clean since the new refresh but things tend to be a bit more expensive which is the only downside but other than that staff are very friendly too and are always there to help.

   Just got accused of stealing when I put some chocolate in my pocket (yeah like I'm going to steal 1$ worth of Hershey's) then I checked my pickets messaged my mum realized I didn't have the money, so I put them back. As I leave I get accused of stealing banned and now my face has been sent to my head master as a theif. I would be willing to sit through the CCTV to prove I didn't steal and prove the security guard can't do his job. Pathetic.

   Mary served me and she was the same as usual. Pleasant, friendly, professional, efficient and an amazing multi tasker. She is a great ambassador for thisTesco store which is always quite busy. When she doesn't have lots if customers to attend to she has a real sense of humour too. Congratulations Mary on being a really good check out operator.

   Very slow to be served. Usual practice appears to be to only man one of the three tills, regardless of the length of the queue or amount of staff available. If the manager isn't in store, the staff often congregate in the back room drinking tea in preference to serving customers. They are, however, very polite when you can find them. Popular products are under-ordered and run out very quickly or sit in stock-room at back instead of replenishing shelves as needed. Very poor. Very frustrating! New staff often inject much-needed enthusiasm in the short term, only to lose interest very soon wben it dawns on them that they're in danger of being taken for granted.
