   This is the worse shop in Basingstoke They are never open when meant to be. Always closing way before time, like hours before I needed to get a medication from the Amazon locker and guess what they are closed!! There’s never any meat out the front. And if you ask from them to check the back they get funny. Something really needs to be done about this shop. As it might aswell be shut if it’s gonna be running like this and with people like that working in there!!! Rude staff. And lazy!!!!

   3 members of staff stacking shelves when I walked in they see me and just leave me waiting at till for 5 minutes. Had to ask if anyone was serving eventually 1 of them comes to serve me like it was to much effort (where has customer service disappeared to)

   It's pricey but for a local shop with some nice options and the basics it's good. Also the Amazon locker has been handy with how bad our amazon deliveries can be with leaving stuff on the doorstep.

   So Pathetic service, there's a woman who does indirect race discrimination, I have experienced it two times when I visited there, she makes facial gestures showing black or brown race as peasants, 35 minutes ago I bought something which I have been buying since a week so I know the offer price and suddenly they removed offer and I didn't know that and when I just asked as "sorry it was not this much the other day" literally, then she replied with weird expression and did some facial expression with "sighs" and was telling something to his co-worker, then she didn't serve me. I don't understand as I didn't even have a conversation with this woman and she's been giving these "expressions and sighs" to me. I've been served by all other staff many times but only this woman did these things I don't know why, so pathetic and sad to some people who don't show equality and make assumptions by race. At first I didn't think to report it as I thought she might be worked out but it's again the same women did the same kind of things. I have no problem with stores or other staff but this one woman needs to become literate ethically.
