    The staff could not be any more unfriendly if they tried, and products are frequently out of date or have been stored incorrectly. One staff member pushed past me without saying anything while I was browsing the shelves. I picked my items and went to pay, where I was then ignored by a staff member while they talked to their coworker. They then said nothing at all as they checked out my items, contemptuously throwing them down on to the checkout area. After leaving, I found that the drinks I had purchased were somehow nearly flat, and checking the bottles showed that they were a month outside of their stated dates. The sweets had mould underneath and had clearly been sat there for who knows how long. Not to mention the group of beggars that seem to make this place their hangout spot, menacing anyone who dares come close.

    The new till cashier- young man shows no respect to customers. I was asked if need a bag and said no as didn't not realize getting more stuff than expected. Then I said I need a bag quickly before he finished the session. However,He glared at me so fiercely that I felt really uneasy on my way home. So bad!! I have been a customer here for 7 years but first experience as this. Please train your staff in a good manner! Look at the rate you have in google maps please!!

    Really bad customer service if the product is bad. I came in twice to return 5 packs of snacks that were rancid, each time the staff returned me saying the manager was not there. First they said the product tastes like that only, I have purchased it before so I know what it tastes like. The latest trip was 2 days after purchase at 9.20 and I was returned again, asking me to come after 12.00 when the manager might be in. This is too much inconvenience and till staff should be trained about customer rights and return of faulty items.

    I bought wheat flour yesterday from the shop which was already expired last month but still it was kept in the rack , when I asked the guy at the billing counter to give me another packet surprisingly he told me that they don’t have another new packet .Strange to know that if the product is already expired why they are still keeping it in the shop. .Horrible

    Once i didn't check my receipt and only after a few steps away from the shop i realized that the amount i paid didn't add up and i knew i was over-charged. I returned to let them know about my situation it took them 10-15mins to resolve it and luckily paid me my due. ALWAYS GO THROUGH YOUR RECEIPT AND MAY BE ADD UP WHILE YOU ARE STILL IN THE STORE.

    Everyone complain about expired products and rude/aggressive staff and I’m with everyone on this. I go there every morning to get sandwiches and some snacks for my break time and the staff is always so rude almost as if they don’t want you to come in at all. I don’t mind if they greet me or say thank you or not as I’m just there to get my food and not their sympathy or greetings. There is this big guy who laughs so loudly with his other staff and is on his phone even behind the counter watching something and doesn’t even acknowledge there is a customer in front of them !!!! Who is the manager here ?

    Poor customer service. They do not know basic customer service. People in the shop are very impatience. If we ask for product they look like they are doing charity for us. I wish there will be another store for Asian groceries or Sainsburys and Tesco starts storing more asian products.

    Recently experienced very bad service from #LondisBasingstokeCrownHeights, Experienced bad, poor & low customer service, unpleasant & arrogant staff, sells expired products. On complaining about expired products, staff behaves like a grumpy and don't pay any attention or feel sorry or bother to correct their fault, instead, they say like they can't keep checking daily for expired products. #Basingstoke #LondisBasingstoke #LondisCrownHeiight #ExpiredProduct
