   We would normally give this establishment 5 stars, as it is generally well stocked and convenient. However, the other day we purchased 3 ready to drink Pina Colada cans, only to find that upon arrival home one of the 3 cans had a small puncture and was slowly leaking into the carrier bag. We popped back to the store to tell them of this issue and were subjected to an inquisition by a member of staff who wanted proof of purchase and to check the cctv to make sure we paid for it. At that time the self service checkouts were not printing receipts so we didn't have one. We are appalled by the attitude of the staff who treated us as if we had either stolen it or were trying to get a replacement free of charge. Come on Tesco, we spend a lot of money with you and do not expect to be treated like criminals.

   Pulled up to the station today 29th March around 11am only to visit Tesco (not fuel) and I left with a bitter taste. Although the facilities were great, fairly big convenience store with a lot of stuff including toilets (always helpful) and helpful staff, when I parked I found the Tesco lorry driver there and not wanting to block him, I asked him if he's about to leave so I park elsewhere. He was insatiably rude! I only wanted to help him and he was like "What do YOU think?!?". Following his initial rudeness, I explained I was trying to help but he didn't care. I know this isn't a review of the in-store staff, but even this guy showed me his shirt and said "Tesco" and then showed the store and said again "Tesco", meaning he nevertheless represents Tesco and today I left this store with a bitter taste due to him. Otherwise good store to stop, fill up and shop.

   White foreign lady asked me for my pump number and I said I think it's 6 she's replied I'm not go to be polite if you don't remember your pump bare in mind I was the only person there and I couldn't see my number from where I was standing in the shop and I said its the one with the car next to it and she replied your no longer welcome because Apparently I was giving her cheek??? I certainly will not be coming back

   I have gone to this Tesco Express for many years and always been pleased with the service. However, this evening I was faced with a very rude and argumentative member of staff serving me which has left me shaken and upset. This member of staff should not be working behind the counter as clearly he has no pride in his professionalism or understanding of how to speak to customers. I won't be going back again.

   I have gone to this Tesco Express for many years and always been pleased with the service. However, this evening I was faced with a very rude and argumentative member of staff serving me which has left me shaken and upset.    Very good small shop that works almost 24h every single day including weekends. You can always get what you need even at 11pm at night. Glad that I live across the road from this gem.
