Absolutely unorganised owner Lisa! Never answers the phone took me a month to book an appointment and when I came for my treatment nobody showed up, receptionist helped me to get in touch with her for her to say that I'm booked on a different date. This happened 2 years ago and now again. Trying to rebook the appointment was another waste of time! week an half until I managed to get through. Never replies to messages either, I requested a refund when I finally got in touch. So, Lisa offered her help to get a refund from Groupon as the voucher was expired, so I thought nobody will refund me. Until, today I heard nothing back. I sent her all the details she requested and she hadn't even read the messages. Absolutely awful service and very very disappointing that still people are allowed to run business when they don't even handle the simple bookings properly!
Friendly warm welcome with very helpful staff. Lisa did my facial, my face was glowing when she finished, She is very good always trying her best to please the customers and I would recommend her to anyone. She tried really good products on my skin which is an added benefit. Good service for a great price.
