Whoever the baker is has terrible time management, can never manage to get out of bed on time resulting in morning delays and empty stomachs, disgusting behaviour and deserves to be replaced.
I went to this place with a client with disability and a blue badge, there was only one place to park, a disable parking place where I was heading to when studently two guys drove straight in so quick that I didn't even had chance of hurry up to get the place, so I was with my client who wanted to get some shopping in the supermarket. I faced those guys and asked if they have blue badge, you know, I had to ask first judging, perhaps one of them had some disability... at the both were disable, but in their heads... they said, no we don't but we are going to be there only 2 minutes, TWO... ofc not... I told them that I have a disable person with me who wants to do some shopping... they ignored me. So, I had to wait and luckily the parking space next to it got freed... so I parked there. In the end my client didn't want to come to the shop so I did it for him. Ofc when I left those disables were still in buying in. What an unconscious guys... hope karma doesn't pay double to them... although they deserve it.
This store is a running joke. Not sure why it advertises as open at 6 am as it rarely does. If they can't employ staff that can get out of bed then find some that can. Oh, also if you would like a coffee from the Costa machine dont get there early either. It always has to be cleaned first when you even mention using the machine. God forbid someone actually cleaning the thing last thing at night. Dont even mention asking for sugar for it or either...this normally results in someone using your a request as an excuse to go and mong it out the back for 10 minutes in a so called search. It's not like anyone drinks coffee first thing in the morning is it? May be prepared for it? Can an area manager or something get a grip of this store please.....it's a circus.
Here is a store that excels in how not to be a retail store. Fridge broken years ago. Operation without correct hours and unprepared staff even in the logistics of replacing goods on the shelves. Do you want to go somewhere and never find what you need? This is the store!!!
Lovely staff, went to the bakery department but no tongs for the food so everyone picking up with there bare hands! Witnessed 1 person sneezing into his hands then touching the bakery without tongs! As there was none available.
Excellent store. Im from out of town. I cannot use self checkouts. The staff are helpful friendly and do go the extra mile to help. Thank you.
The Tesco Express store is always clean and tidy and the ATM area has dedicated 2 car park spaces plus the store has another 16 car park spaces and disabled parking spaces as well. . Store is open 24/7 and is always stacked up which is easy to pick something up when we are short of an item. Nice local Express Store with Cash Machine, Travel Money, Post Office and Costa Tea/Coffee Machine.
Very convenient, the Tesco clubcard pricing is really useful with the self checkouts accepting the Tesco clubcard QR code.
Small convience store, with most if not more essential items. You will find eveything you need from bakery, produce, ambient and your typical bread milk and eggs. Has a decent range of products and items
