A lovely traditional my go to barbers, Sadie and Vicky are brilliant. They always give me a perfect haircut. I enjoy the jollity when I visit good conversation and always a smile from them. Simply the best

Have been using Crew again recently and the service is always great. I used to come here in the past and never had any issues but went elsewhere for a while and didn’t find the service as good. My sons love going there to see Vicky and she always does a great job.
Recently called up to enquire about booking an appointment for my little girl to have her haircut to be told on the phone no it's a walk in service and to wait until sadie is in on Friday or Saturday this week. I came in Friday with my 3year old girl to be told sadie had gone home so she was the only one who cut hair the rest were men's barbers so to come back tomorrow early in the morning for opening when she would be in.... Got my 3 year old and 6 month old out the door and there for 8am the next day just to be told no we don't cut girls hair we're a mens barbers... Basically because the boss was in they couldn't do it. The boss was then extremely rude to me and told me they must have thought it was a boys haircut I wanted and incinuated I was lying and when I said don't call me a liar and his attitude was disgusting he then told me so was mine. Just so rude and wake up to what your staff are doing behind your back. Not a good look for your business and your attitude stinks! I'll be making sure I spread the word of this poor service and how poorly I was spoken too and treated. AVOID THIS PLACE!
Get what you pay for, if that. Avoid!
Came in Saturday for a trim and style and ended up with way to short and uneven hair cut wasn't happy and now have to wear a hat cause I hate it and people say it looks terrible , not happy at all
You get a good haircut at a affordable price.They offer a free cut, after 6 paid cuts ✂️. Very friendly staff,who will always give you a warm welcome.
Hi turnover of staff here, so if you like to have regular barber, probably not the place for you. I've been at different times of day on different days and I would say my average wait time is 30 mins. Go before 10.30am because it's considerably cheaper. Oh, and the hair cuts are ok too, if not consistently the same !
Always shutting earlier than stated and today they have turned us down and shut over an hour early! Won't be using these again! Shame cos the haircut is good.
